The mega networking event partnered by WCCI Future of Work National Council, WICCI HR UP Council, Woman with Wings, and Leaders lifting Leaders was a phenomenal success with a near 100% turnout. The event was held across 3 locations of the country concurrently – Bangalore, Mumbai, and Noida!
It was incredible to see the vast pool of women leaders and entrepreneurs standing shoulder to shoulder as advocates of women empowerment. The energy was infectious despite the fact that they were physically meeting after a forced pandemic hiatus of almost 3 years and some meeting for the very first time, who opened up their hearts, their hopes and fears, and aspirations which made strengthened our personal connections as well.
The event commenced with a fun activity to break the ice and triggered the free flow of communication. The fun frenzy and hustle resulted in the harvesting of 100 plus leads from the groups. The camaraderie within the group was evident from the peals of laughter and constructive cheers. Noida location had Guest of Honour, Mr. Manoj Sharma, Asst. Director at Ministry of MSME, Govt. Of India. He gave insights on how Women Entrepreneurs can take benefit from various government schemes.
The energy is palpable when women come together. It’s high and it’s warm. Walking an extra mile to support, guide, learn and grow from one another.
We saw some impactful and heart-warming life stories of grit and resilience that are truly inspiring.
We had a self-confessed LGBTQ+ advocate, book author, a young girl who conducted training for army officers and CRPF men, a solo travel adventurer who has travelled to 4 continents, from Data Scientists to Sales to Entrepreneurs to Doctors to Life Coaches to HR and L&D professionals – you name it and we had them all amongst us!
It was a true association of Women Power to harvest the group wisdom and foster their development in all domains by inspiring and uplifting each other – proving that women are great collaborators.
Saturday’s event reflected that ‘behind every successful woman, is a bunch of other women who have her back!’ In all, it was an incredible event which forged new and strengthened the old bonds.
We are grateful to our venue sourcing partner and venue partner Leasing Monk, Red Bricks, and Canopy restaurant for the meticulous arrangement and warm hospitality, and delicious snacks, helping us create an evening that left all of us with deep connections and impact.
And that’s true “networking” – a feeling of sisterhood, a bond of sisterhood to last a lifetime and beyond!
