NEW DELHI: The “Go Live Together” function allows creators to co-livestream and invite a guest over the phone on YouTube, which is owned by Google.
The business tweeted the details from its TeamYouTube account, stating: “Introducing Go Live Together, a new mobile app that makes it simple to start a co-stream and invite a friend. Anyone can watch co-streams, but creators must have 50 or more subscribers.”
The online video company also said it might add the function to YouTube’s desktop version.
In a tweet, TeamYouTube said, “From our preliminary tests, we know many of you are eager to see this capability come to the desktop so you can co-stream directly from YouTube on your PC. This is something we’re still researching.”
On YouTube for Android and iOS, “Go Live Together” may be found below “Go live.”
Any visitor can receive a connection from the creators.
Additionally, artists can organise a live stream with a guest on their PCs and then go live from their phones. Additionally, they can instantly go live from a mobile device.
The visitors that creators have on their live streams can also be changed, but they are only allowed to have one person present at once. Once a visitor has been invited, the host’s stream feed will take precedence over the guest’s.
